WHO WE
ARE
The North Suburban Builders Association (NSBA) is an independent,
non profit builder/trade association established in 1956, serving
the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA and Butler County. We have
over 300 members who represent/own businesses related to the building
trades particularly in the area of home building.
WHAT WE
DO
The NSBA is governed by a board of directors composed of builder
and associate members who strive to be a vital resource by providing
timely and accurate information, services and benefits that empower
our membership by a strong code of ethics.
· Promote cooperation among members
and the business community.
· Maintain a high standard of practices
in the building industry.
· Support legislation and regulation
insuring affordable housing.
· Promote the interests of consumers
in purchasing and building new homes.
· Provide timely and useful information
about the building industry.
· Effectively support our members
with a menu of services and benefits.
